Bush meets victim over Tailhook sex abuse case
President Bush summoned Lt. Paula Coughlin to the White House to promise a full investigation of the Tailhook incident amid reports of widespread Navy probes. The Navy planned charges against dozens of junior officers and squadron commanders as Pentagon investigators examine the conduct of personnel at bases and during the Las Vegas event. Twenty six women allege sexual assault by drunken aviators in a Las Vegas hotel.
