Curry powder adds zest to egg salad sandwiches
A playful note suggests adding a dash of curry powder to egg salad to brighten sandwiches. It hints at spices transforming a simple mixture into bolder, flavorful fare.
Lot Scarcity Seen At Parade of Homes
Builders and the public sense a growing scarcity of desirable Syracuse area lots amid strong demand. In the Orviston Heights Parade of Homes subdivision, over 140 of about 200 sites are committed to builders while only two of 68 nearby parcels remain available. The extended Benedict and Kimber farms tract shows 77 lots already committed, prompting a 1956 planning push and districting for future development.
