Silliman Evans Dies in Fort Worth Heart Attack
Silliman Evans, 61 year old publisher of the Nashville Tennessean, died of a heart condition after attending the funeral of Amon G. Carter in Fort Worth. His body was flown to Nashville for burial. Pills he took for a heart ailment were found beside his bed.
