Suit Thrown Out as Village May Be Joined Later

Supreme Court Justice Frank J. Molpess dismissed the Shervelle firm and partners suit against Fulton Iron Works and others over a 40 by 66 foot yard fence near Roberts street. The ruling throws out the current action but allows a new suit with the Village of East Syracuse named as a party by July 18.

Manlius okays paying jobs for paving streets

Manlius Town Board approved paving plans for Embrook Drive Eurexa Drive Garrest Drive and Kelly Drive with work starting late August or early September. Water facilities will be furnished to 12 new homes on Kevin Circle. The use of the municipal building for education was referred to the village attorney for legal feasibility.
