Controversy Over Center Plans At DeWitt Site

Local officials and developers spar over a plan for a Children's Discovery Center on Woodebuck Hill Road. Mila Kahute and Ali claim the town dumped road debris there for years, while DeWitt highways chief Marsh defends past practices. Contingent options include locating the center elsewhere within a few miles as environmental review continues.
