County CFO Joe Marcane agrees the rise is tied to enrollment, noting as enrollment grows the county share will decline. The budget goes to the Ways and Means Committee before full Legislature, marking Sydow’s first budget and a step toward stronger college county relations and a more tech focused campus with new programs.
