Dairyman Heads Oleo Watchdogs in New York
Albany reports a dairy farmer who led anti oleo efforts in 1952 heads two new watchdog committees to monitor oleo fraud in New York. Republican Willard C. Drumm of Niverville was elected chairman of the Senate Assembly group and warned the panel will watch for fraud as the new alec law takes effect. Other anti oleo legislators join the seven member body, one of three new joint committees created by the 1951 Legislature to study predatory labor and rural traffic issues.
