Syracuse Teachers Seek 30 Dollar Back Pay Bill

The Syracuse Teachers Association filed 100 claims for 30 dollars monthly back pay totaling 3,000 dollars. They contend the Feinberg Act changed pay terms in 1947 and the city should have paid 30 dollars a month for 10 months rather than 25 dollars for 12 months. If denied, suits may go to Municipal Court.
