Theda Fyler Parmenter of 327 Hampton Road died Thursday after a long illness. A Syracuse native and 1918 Syracuse University graduate, she appeared in the Broadway Dracula in the 1930s and hosted Women in the News on WSYR in the early 1940s. Survived by a foster daughter, services are private at Fyler Settlement Cemetery with Welter Price Funeral Home in charge.
