Mother and Son Injured in Pulaski Crash
A mother, Arsene Ballou, and her 12 year old son Arthur were seriously hurt when their car went off the road near Pulaski. Dr. Burch K. Reed treated the boy for possible concussion and multiple injuries while Ballou suffered cuts and bruises. Trooper Pelligrino investigated.
