House Empty Because of Title Mixup in Millet New Home
A new Millet Street house in North Syracuse sits empty after Eduard Briggs sought to buy from Marvin and Mrs Simons. Title defects surfaced from the start, including an unissued Fireel easement and an improperly recorded owner. Briggs paid 9000 with 200 down, later 500 for an added room, but good title could not be delivered. Briggs seeks refund. Simons counter with specific performance, claiming promise to clear title. Proceedings proceed with third party defendants to resolve title issues and legality of the sale.
