A 19 year old motorcyclist Donald Oswald of 406 S Beech St is in critical condition at Onondaga General Hospital after his bike collided head on with Norman Douglas’s auto at 9 PM near the old Erie Canal Widewaters. He suffered skull fracture hip and leg fractures and severe head and body cuts. Deputies said Oswald misjudged a turn, sending the cycle into the oncoming car and causing a 120 foot skid.
