State Office Building Progress On Schedule Says Engineer
New York State Department of Public Works engineer Robert A. Fazio reports the $4,000,000 state office building east of City Hall is on track for a September 1956 completion. About 60 to 80 men work five days a week, with steel work finished and interior systems advancing, while outside brick and granite facades await final installation.
