Mn To The Maine company and the U S Consumer Product Safety Commission announce a voluntary recall of the Dolphin Baby Float. A child can drown if water leaks into the hollow center causing it to tip over. About 18 000 units sold nationwide from February 1993 to December 9 1994. The white plastic dolphin features a detachable red umbrella and nylon seat for babies six months to age. Floats manufactured and shipped since January have reinforced walls to prevent water penetration.
