Doctors may halt work slowdown dispute in state
Gov Carey agrees to within ten days set up a study commission on malpractice law effects with doctor representation. Lombardi proposes a nine member panel five appointed by the governor four by legislative leaders to study trial panels for juries and lawyers fees, and to consider constitutional amendments on malpractice awards for the 1976 session.
