Rowers and thousands attended the 77th Intercollegiate Rowing Association Regatta final day at Onondaga Park and Onondaga Lake. Syracuse University’s varsity eight, junior varsity eight, and freshmen eight won yesterday’s repechages to reach today’s finals, with the varsity defending IRA champion eyeing an upset of Dartmouth. A hang glider act by Shane Connor was planned before the 1:15 p.m. freshmen final, and finals run through the afternoon with the varsity eights starting at 5 p.m.
