120 Gun is Guilty Of Slaying

An all male general jury convicted Sgt. Lyle Buswell of the slaying of Wat Sgt Fairy Decker, 44, in San Francisco. Jurors found Buswell guilty of second degree murder, murder committed during rape, and rape without capital punishment. The government sought the death penalty. jurors recommended life imprisonment.
