Judge Kaye At Parley on Delinquency

A national committee on juvenile delinquency established by the National Association of Women Lawyers has begun local activities to implement the national program. Judge Marion Kaye of Greene Chenango County represents the area. Mrs Martha Connole of East St Louis Illinois heads the committee, with a state chairman named for each state. Connole, active in Illinois welfare and youth commissions, says delinquency is a predominantly female field and urges more women in judgeships and related roles. The committee is reviewing the Youth Correction Authority Act for possible recommendations.
