Cayugas to Testify as Damages Trial Continues
Cayugas Clint Halftown and Berna dette Hill have attended all nine days of the dam damaged Cayuga Indian Nation trial in Syracuse. They will take the stand as the second phase nears its end, with Judge Neal P. McCain weighing whether to adjust the $36.7 million awarded earlier.
