Cop in helicopter grounds kite flier in Brooklyn

Goody conviction overturned over false FBI testimony

A federal judge voided the Goody Corp and vice president Sam Stolen conviction for dealing in counterfeit tapes due to false testimony by FBI agent Richard Ferri. Way cleared to resume Christopher proceedings
