The 83 year old statesman was honored by the Very Rev. Francis B. Sayre Jr. The burial followed in the cathedral crypt beside his wife Rose and near Woodrow Wilson's tomb. about 2,000 attended, including top diplomats from 50 nations and numerous government officials.

Donald A. Fischer a 34 year old of 408 Greenpoint Street Liverpool pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated at arraignment in Traffic Court. Sentencing was postponed until tomorrow after Officer Robert J Curran arrested him about 915 p m yesterday at Jefferson and South Warren Streets for failing to stop and for intoxication.
