Bernardi links Alexander cronies to City Hall in probe files

Syracuse records show under ex mayor Lee Alexander the city invested nearly ten million dollars in a Syracuse bank run by Kenyon Bajus. After Bajus left, city investments followed to a new bank. A second institution also received city funding after lending to an Alexander associate who directed funds to the political committee.

GE sells consumer electronics unit to French firm Thomson S.A.

Workers at General Electric Cas Building 7 learned in a brief meeting that GE has sold its consumer electronics business to Thomson S.A.
