Cattaraugus County Judge Joseph Nevins fined Anthony Zimbardi and his son James 750 and 250 dollars respectively for concealing and withholding property from a unlawful acquisition. The fines go to Emma Neiman, owner of the unoccupied farmhouse, as restitution. The $5,000 trove was found by a group of boys who also turned over 16 shares of U S Steel stock to Neiman.
A B-47 from MacDill Field exploded in Marianna today, killing three airmen and injuring two Williams children. An engine hit a minister’s home, burning it to the ground. a third child, Billy Williams, 6, is missing.

The blast blew Fred from the front door and forced Arthur from a shattered window as the device appeared to originate in the cellar. Their mother Mrs Arthur Boice was shaken by the blast.
Korean armistice negotiators met for five minutes in the shortest Panmunjom session since talks on prisoner exchange began. An executive session was set for 11 A.M. tomorrow. Brig. Gen. William P. Nuckols criticized Communist negotiating tactics as deceitful and persistent.
