Mother convicted of killing baby may face more charges
Schenectady The district attorney vowed to bring back Mary Beth Tinning to court to face further charges after she was found guilty of first degree murder in the December 1965 death of her daughter Tami Lynne. He said this is round one and he will pursue cases in the deaths of Nathan and Timothy as well. Bail was revoked and she remains jailed until sentencing on August 21, facing 25 years to life.
