A pedestrian, ANGELO CHIODO, 1118 N State St, was killed early today after being struck by Albin Seubert, 49, of 511 W Newell St, on South Salina Street near Harrison. Chiodo stepped into a red light and was hit. he died at Onondaga General Hospital. Funeral plans announced. In a separate two car crash at Crawford Ave and Euclid Ave, Laura Federman, 705 Crawford Ave, was seriously injured as a taxicab was struck by another vehicle. Cab driver David Gordon and operator Lawrence Braybrook face traffic charges for loss of control.
