Three Syracuseans Deny Interstate Furs theft charges

Deborah Lowery David Head and John Maloney pleaded innocent in Utica federal court to two counts each of conspiracy and interstate transportation of stolen furs tied to $11000 worth of goods moved from Syracuse to Wayne New Jersey. They face up to 10000 fine and 15 years' imprisonment. Lowery and Head also pleaded guilty to Wayne County disorderly conduct with $500 fines.
