10 Point Plan Breached for Reconversion
Washington, Jan 5. Rep Tolan D Calif offers a 10 point plan to shift from war to peacetime production under a reconversion czar. Proposes a central administrator, a 6 member board, governors advisory council, funds for staff, a reconversion bill drafting panel, local surveys, a small war plants replica agency, local draft boards as employment centers, long term study of new products, and decisions on government owned industries.
