Washington, Jan 4. Congress loses three members in as many days as Rep Wallace E. Pierce dies of a heart attack in the House physician's office just hours after Rep George H. Heinke and before Rep William A. Ashbrook. Pierce will be buried Saturday at Trinity Episcopal Church in Hiattsburg. his death follows a mass of laughter with colleagues and comes after eight months of heart trouble. Pierce was a New York Republican and a Judiciary Committee member, elected to the 76th Congress to succeed Bertrand H. Snell.
