A riderless three wheel motorcycle sped through the 100 block of N. Salina Street this morning scattering pedestrians. Norman Ballard, 26, parked the bike to make a delivery, it suddenly accelerated, ran up a curb, side swiped a fence and finally halted in a Rogers Shoe Store window. Witnesses described the chaotic scene as a rodeo like escape before safety was restored.
