Oneida Indian Returns to Answer Contempt Charge

Oneida Indian William Begien surrendered Wednesday to marshals to face a contempt charge tied to a dispute over the Oneida Nation bingo hall. The hall, seized December 7 by Oneidas, was later destroyed by a Sunday fire deemed arson by city police.
