Warm front brings rain and warmer temps to Central New York

Central New York faces a warm front as a storm system moves northeast from the Great Lakes. Forecaster John Eldardo of the National Weather Service says warm moist air from the Gulf states will give way to colder air later in the week. Tonight, a 90 percent chance of rain with mid 40s forecasts, melting ice may trigger minor flooding along the Black River and in Lewis County, with Syracuse largely spared.
