Dog Saves Owner From Fiery Death In Bridgeport Blaze

A year old black Labrador named Buster woke owner Daniel Kneeskern, 32, during a house fire on Oneida Lake. Kneeskern crawled past flames after he woke coughing and choking, then evacuated with the dog as flames consumed the ranch home. fire crews arrived around 1:30 a.m. and only a wall and chimney remained.

Patten to compensate owners tricked into buying property
