Syracuse University will raise undergraduate tuition by 310 to 3650 a year for 1976 77 with room and board increasing about 5 percent. Room rates rise to 780 1100 and board to 620 1050. Health fee moves to 70 with activity fee unchanged. Graduate rates and extended campus per credit hour also rise.
