Syracuse residents urged to voice noise concerns at hearing
Syracuse residents will have a chance to comment on proposed State Department of Environmental Conservation noise regulations. Six public hearings across the state will consider curbs on outdoor noise from construction and commercial sites with hearings in Syracuse at 1 and 7 pm at the State Office Building.
