Skiers seek housing near three ski areas and outdoor recreation in Tully New York. Village Edge, a 51 year old five building complex on six acres, sits near Interstate 81 and offers access to lakes streams and Highland Forest trails while lacking Vails glitter.
Village Edge holds 64 apartments including 44 two bedroom and 22 one bedroom units. Aimed at convenience it sits about a mile from the I 81 interchange making quick city access to Syracuse Cortland Ithaca. It attracts couples who commute in opposite directions and is close to elementary and high schools. Pets are allowed with indoor cats and dogs supervised outside.
Village Edge offers 66 apartments across five buildings with 22 one bedroom and 44 two bedroom units. Rents start at 490 for one bedroom and 540 for two bedroom. Heat and hot water included. electric plan 20 to 49 monthly. One month security deposit negotiable. Utilities cost 30 to 40 monthly under Niagara Mohawk plan. A new state law overseen by the Public Service Commission requires tenants to pay only for the utility service they actually use and provides remedies for shared metering. If a tenant suspects a shared meter, they can file a complaint with the local utility such as Niagara Mohawk or NYSEG, which must investigate within 20 days and offer options including correcting the meter or establishing a separate landlord account.
