Vice President Nixon arrived from Austria to Munich to inspect a refugee air center and meet Bavarian officials. A third man accused of drunken driving was acquitted by a Geddes Justice Court jury for an automobile accident last year. Edward Blaite, 82, of Dunning Dr, Town of Canastota, exonerated by jury. Glenn Jewell of Buckley Bay, owner of the car Blum drove, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and allowing an unlicensed operator to drive. He drew $10 fine on public intoxication and a $50 suspended fine on the other charge. The charges stemmed from a crash at Knoll and Court streets around 4 PM yesterday.
