Seven-lot subdivision plans unveiled near Watervale Road
Plans for a seven lot subdivision and 26 new homes were unveiled and approved by the Manlius Planning Board Monday night. Mike Decker of Pine View Properties presented preliminary plans for a subdivision off Watervale Road near Route 173, with lots ranging 12,000 to 16,000 square feet. Future homes are priced between $90,000 and $125,000. Most of the area is residential, but about 144 lots lie in an agricultural zone, requiring a zone change. The 26 new lots join the existing 24-home Dat Shome subdivision east of Dawley Road and north of Hoag Lane, with Shiraz Lane as the new access. The project is led by Frank Pizzica and Camperlino & Fatti, with original proposer Anthony Santaro.
