From January 1 to November 20 this year the Syracuse Police Department's Direct Deployment Team reports 469 felonies and 4,286 misdemeanors. There were 3,672 violations, 334 appearance tickets, and 1,831 city ordinance tickets. Arrests on warrants totaled 660, with 6,761 vehicle and traffic charges. Seizures totaled 36,063.55 in cash, 59 recovered stolen vehicles, 25 handguns, 48 long guns, and 30 other weapons. Marijuana offenses numbered 3,983, crack cocaine 354, and 4 grams of powder cocaine were recorded.
