Americans favor health reform but doubt it will happen
A Washington poll found Americans want health insurance reform but are skeptical Congress will pass it. Burden of compromise should fall more on Clinton 46 to 36. Frank Luntz conducted the survey for the Leadership Council. Seven of eight support job loss protection and preexisting condition bans.
