Mayor Calls Grant Village Fight Parley
Mayor Frank J. Costello will host a 10 AM meeting with city officials to discuss a protest from six Eastwood residents claiming the Grant Village housing project on Grants Blvd deviates from approved plans. They contend the six objections, representing about 25 neighbors, cite discrepancies in design and say assurances prompted withdrawal of earlier objections. The protest seeks review by City Planning Commission officials, City Engineer, and building superintendent.
