New York State Fair Sets Second Day Attendance Record

Picture perfect weather and a Mid-Way promotion helped the New York State Fair reach a second day attendance high of 92,782 as 12 days of the event continue through September 3. Teen performer Aaron Carter joined KC and The Sunshine Band for entertainment while two free concerts today feature Men at Work and The Guess Who with Joe Cocker. The all-time single day record remains 120,516 set on the fair’s second Saturday in 1989.
