Flash flooding and isolated tornadoes possible with heavy rain toward the Northeast and mid-Atlantic. Maine New Hampshire Vermont and Massachusetts face the worst of the storms while highs range from the 60s to 100s across regions.
Winds east at 6 to 12 knots over Oneida and Onondaga lakes with a footwave and poor visibility. Lake Ontario mirrors east winds 5 to 12 knots with small waves and similarly poor visibility. Finger Lakes show east winds 6 to 12 knots, about a foot of waves, and poor visibility.
