Woman slain in Geneva as suspect held in death

Gunman surrenders after freeing four at Spanish consulate

A Spaniard, Carlos Martinez, held four staffers at the Spanish Consulate in a Wilshire Boulevard high rise for nearly ten hours demanding his family be flown to Puerto Rico.
