Tully Fatal Is Third in 48 Hours
Onondaga County records a third traffic death in 48 hours with Goldie Krabitz 46 of Philadelphia killed on Route N near Tully. Head Is Cut In Jail Fall
Lawrence Corbett, 35, of 359 Seymour Street, was found with a head cut after falling from his bunk in a jail cell. Patrolman James Nesci stated Corbett was asleep at 12:05 a.m. and discovered bleeding at 12:40 a.m. He was treated at St Joseph's Hospital and released back to police. Corbett had pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in a prior incident and received a 15 day suspended sentence.

Bishop Blesses Lourdes Camp During Joint Diocese Tour
The Most Rev. Walter A. Foery bishop of Syracuse blessed a new cabin at Lourdes Camp on Ten Mile Point Skaneateles Lake. He inspected most of the 25 camp buildings. The Most Rev. Bernard Espe lage bishop of Gallup New Mexico joined as guest and blessed the camp. Also present were Rt. Rev. Msgr. Richard A. Clark and Rev. Frank L. Sammons who assisted in the blessing.

Hit Run Girl in Critical Condition at Liverpool Hospital
Betty Lou Browne, 12, was struck by a car on Oswego Road Aug 2 and remains unconscious in critical condition at St Joseph's Hospital.
