Heartbroken father fights to keep adopted baby Brittany
Keith Lussier, a 28 year old single father in Cheektowaga, fights to regain custody of Brittany, whom he and his late wife Kim planned to adopt after meeting legal obstacles tied to Korea's two parent household rules. The agency Love the Children placed Brittany with a Massachusetts couple, citing Korea's rules, while Lussier appeals in Bucks County Pennsylvania.
