Judge tosses Wynberg suit over Taylor Enquirer article
A Los Angeles federal judge ruled former Elizabeth Taylor companion Henry Wynberg cannot sue the National Enquirer for 4.5 million dollars after finding the tabloid article’s statements about him to be true and his conduct generally lacking in integrity. The decision cited Wynberg’s prior convictions and pattern of misdeeds, including sex and drugs related offenses and attempting to influence prostitution, as basis for the true character ruling.
