Nichols seeks stay on releasing Oklahoma City bombing evidence
Nichols asks the 10th U.S. Circuit Court to block federal prosecutors from sharing Oklahoma City bombing evidence with Oklahoma officials until his appeal ends. His attorney argues disclosure risks prejudice if a new trial is granted and notes the public interest in fair proceedings. Oklahoma prosecutors plan to use the material in state murder trials for Nichols and McVeigh tied to the April 19 1995 bombing that killed 168 and injured hundreds.

Prosecutors seek concise Lewinsky testimony in Clinton case

Breuer’s privilege dispute continues as Starr and White House lawyers meet. A new witness, Indiana attorney John Sullivan, recounts a Clinton Lewinsky hug at a Washington event.
