Golden anniversary for Fred and Margaret Finger celebrated
The Finger couple of 6876 Buckley Road marked their 50th wedding anniversary with a July 30 gathering of 12 relatives from as far as California. Attendees included Margaret Rein Finger’s family, Rev. John Rein of Webster, and many Corretores. Fred Finger, a North High graduate, worked at Crouse-Hinds Co. before retiring after 25 years. Margaret, a North Side native and longtime teacher, taught 36 years at Pere Le Moyne Elementary.
