Landlord faces arrest over LaFayette code violations
Richard Robinson, owner of three LaFayette properties, faces a bench warrant issued July 19 after missing a 5 000 fine for repeated building code violations. Town officials cite about 50 violations across 6000 Route 20, 5998 Route 20, and 2484 Route 11, with back taxes totaling 38 276.60 and a potential county foreclosure auction in November. State police may arrest him if found, as bankruptcy and creditor Bay View Financial back the case.
