Citadel ordered to admit Faulkner unless alternative found

The all male Citadel faces a 4th Circuit ruling ordering admission of Shannon Faulkner in August unless it secures court approval for an alternative program at another school. The college will not appeal and plans a separate program, meaning Faulkner would not join the corps of cadets.
